Pooja Shinde (Senior Manager Global Biometric Account Lead) currently works for Global Biometrics Oversight group in Parexel and responsible for strategically leading and managing client partnership(s) within Global Data Operations (GDO) to ensure Parexel delivers quality projects to its clients and achieves agreed operational targets. Also, she is the Vice President of the Indian Association for Statistics in Clinical Trials (IASCT). She completed PGDBM from NMIMS, MSc in Clinical Research from SMU and holds a Graduate certificate in Neurorehabilitation from Brunel University. She has been an active participant at many industrial events like IASCT, ConSPIC, SCDM, PhUSE SDE, etc. She is a member of Indian Association of Physiotherapist (IAP) and likes travelling and sports.

Satya Vyshnavi Thondapu is Director – Statistical Programming at Eli Lilly and Company, Bangalore, with around 14 years of experience in statistical programming supporting global clinical teams. She brings strong expertise in delivering high-quality statistical outputs, driving quality-focused execution, and enabling efficient, scalable programming practices. A seasoned people leader, she has extensive experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams, shaping strategic and technical solutions, and driving innovation through process improvement and automation across complex, cross-functional clinical environments.
She holds a Master’s in Pharmacy and has completed the Executive Programme in Leadership and Management from IIM Calcutta.
As Secretary of the Indian Association of Statistical Computing and Technology (IASCT), she actively contributes to advancing the professional community through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

PS Jagannatha is currently Part-time Statistics Consultant, in Eurofins-Optimed Clinical Research.He holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Bangalore University, India. He has 30+ years of experience as a Statistician with Technical Knowledge. Prior to joining Eurofins, he was with Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd for the period of 17 years. He was with the National Tuberculosis Institute, Min. of H&FW, Government of India for a period of 18yrs before Joining GSK. He has co-authored several publications in the reputed journal during his career, was involved in conducting biostatistics workshops for industry colleagues and students and presented at various professional conferences. He is a founder member of IASCT and has been actively involved with all IASCT activities for over 15 years. He started off as the event committee chair for 2 years and for 10 years has held the position of Treasurer. Anurag Srivastav is currently working as Associate Director (Biostatistics and Programming), at Ephicacy Lifescience Analytics Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad. He has a Masters in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has over 17 years of industry experience Clinical/Pharma industry. He is skilled in people and project management, issue identification and resolution, clinical SAS programming across different therapeutic areas, biostatistics fundamentals, SAS (Base/Advance/Macro), statistical programming and analytics, CDISC standards, recruitment of statistical programmers and training management. Anurag has been associated with IASCT for more than a decade and currently serving as Event Committee Event head.
As working in the core industry, Anurag feels proud to be part of clinical industry where he can help patients indirectly and would like to help in speeding up the trials to meet the expectation of industry. He loves exploring new food, new culture and meeting new people.

She has led high-performing, globally distributed teams across complex clinical programs, with a strong track record of building scalable delivery models that blend deep domain expertise with modern data and analytics capabilities.

Ashish Charles is currently working as Director - Statistical Programming, Clinical Data Operations, at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad. He has over 17 years’ experience in the Pharma industry, leading and managing large teams across the globe, and leading analysis and reporting of clinical trials across various therapeutic/disease areas. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bangalore University. Ashish has been associated with IASCT in various roles since a decade, and has been instrumental in leading and organizing IASCT events across various locations within India. Until recently, Ashish served as the Secretary of IASCT. Ashish currently serves as the President of IASCT. He is very passionate about the clinical industry and latest developments in medical science. On a personal front, Ashish loves to read and is fond of music.
